OPENING BALKAN SNAPSHOTS
Balkan Snapshots will open with a toast and an artistic dance performance by Voin de Voin. This young Bulgarian artist combines modernity with traditionalism in his performances and installations. Central to his performance at Balkan Snapshots will be the koukeri, an old Bulgarian ritual. His flamboyant appearance will certainly cause some excitement! Friday 30 October, 19.30, Kriterion Cafe.
